Hannelore happily employs her solid management skills to amplify the external influence of our consultants across social profit organisations and mission-driven businesses. She’s always trying to inspire more conventional organisations to do things differently and bring about a positive impact for everyone within the system.
As an impact entrepreneur, she founded an organisation with the aim of making diversity and inclusion the new standard in workplaces and society. As an impact entrepreneur at S&L, her strength lies in honing and maintaining focus. Her coaching approach assists colleagues in transitioning from mission or strategy to actionable plans, with the ultimate goal of inspiring people to come together.
